To provide you with an accurate estimate, we need to inspect the vehicle in person. Here's why:

•   Every Car is Unique: Even the same make and model can have different repair needs depending on mileage, maintenance history, and current condition.
•   Accuracy Matters: Phone estimates can be misleading. We don’t want to quote something that ends up being far off once we see the vehicle, which can lead to frustration or unexpected costs.
•   Proper Diagnosis is Key: German vehicles often require factory-level tools and diagnostics to correctly identify the root cause of an issue. Without seeing the car, we’re just guessing—and that’s not how we do business.
